SAP_BASIS >= 700 SP 14. NW 7.00 systems with SP lower than 14 are not supported at the moment.

Check and confirm following SAP Notes are installed or not applicable for your systems:

Splunk connection

Import valid Splunk endpoint certificate into STRUST (if needed). The certificate should match to the host defined in the connection on PowerConnect side.

Ensure the ports between SAP to Splunk is open for communication . Refer this KB for more information KB 166 - Should I use a Splunk Heavy Forwarder in my PowerConnect Architecture?

Ensure there is no Firewall blocking between SAP to Splunk . Perform TELNET from relevant SAP system to Splunk host to ensure the connection is working fine. Refer to this KB KB 197 - PowerConnect Data from ABAP System Not Flowing to Splunk, What Should I Do?
Dynatrace connection

Import valid Dynatrace endpoint certificate into STRUST. The certificate should match to the host defined in the connection on PowerConnect side.

Dynatrace SaaS. Check and confirm ssl/client_sni_enabled or icm/HTTPS/client_sni_enabled profile parameters are enabled according to SAP Note 2124480.
