The AI Agent with Claude can provide inaccurate answers or hallucinate, always check the answers before doing anything critical.
The Dynatrace App provides a section called AI Agent where you can talk with an agent about your SAP data with natural language. It also allows you to create dashboards and alerts with your data by just asking it to do so.
We recommend configuring it with Claude as it provides the best answers.
To do so you can go to the configuration icon on the right side
On the configuration you will be able to select the Claude Agent and you will be able to input your own Claude API key tied to your organization, to ensure all data stays within your organization.
There’s also an option to include your own custom SAP context so that the Agent has even more accurate answers, under the “Custom SAP context” textbox.
