Data Description
The SYSTEM_TIME collects following information from each application server: system date/time, UTC date/time, UTC date/time converted to system timezone, DB date/time and enqueue date/time. It also doing the comparison and sets the flag in case there is some time mismatch.
Potential Use Cases
This event could be used in the following scenarios:

To check if the time is properly setup in the system

Troubleshoot time issues

Monitor time setup changes (i.e. timezone changes, daylight hour, etc)
SAP Navigation
Similar data could be retrieved using TZCUSTDISP and RSDBTIME reports.
